The point where you show up: your face on the site, a real contact form, and a second language that Google finds on its own.

The countdown starts when you submit your briefing, not on the day you pay.

Technical specifications

For anyone who wants the implementation detail. Same scope as above, said in technical terms.

Will my customers find me on Google?

Included: Baseline technical SEO: meta tags, JSON-LD (Schema.org Organization), sitemap.xml, robots.txt, canonical tag, Open Graph/Twitter Card, semantic HTML hierarchy, submission to Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
Submitting the site to Search Console and Bing is a delivery step, not an automatic consequence of having a sitemap: a new domain with no inbound links can go weeks without being crawled. The property is created in the client's own account, so they receive the coverage notices. Submission makes the site ELIGIBLE to appear — it does not set position, which is separate work.
Included: Dedicated per-language URLs with hreflang annotation, so search engines index each language as its own page.
Without this, a multilingual site that switches language only in the browser is indexed in the default language alone: the content in the other languages exists for someone already on the site, but not for someone searching in that language. Each language gets its own URL, served already translated, and the versions reference each other through hreflang.
Not included: Local SEO: LocalBusiness structured data (address, phone, opening hours, area served) and name/address/phone consistency with the Google Business Profile.
The site declares, in a format search engines read, where the business is, when it is open and what area it covers, using the same name, address and phone as the client's Google profile. A mismatch between the two is one of the most common reasons a local business fails to show up. This is optimization: it carries no guarantee of search position, per the warranty clause of the agreement.

Will the site look professional and load fast?

Included: Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) as a working metric, image optimization, CDN/edge hosting, and a Lighthouse report delivered with the site.
The Lighthouse report is run against the production URL on a mobile profile and handed over as part of delivery. It is a measurement of what was built, not a contracted minimum score: no signed document promises a specific number, because the product is built around video and the score varies with the device and connection doing the measuring.
Included: AI-generated hero film — up to 5 scenes, opening only
The film is produced with AI generation tools from the script and references agreed in the briefing — it is not shot with a crew, and it does not use third-party stock footage. Every scene is generated specifically for the client's site.
Included: Custom palette, typography, and iconography
Included: The client's AI-generated avatar, created from their own reference photos and placed on the site. The trained model is not delivered to the client. — optional
From the photos the client submits, a model of their appearance is trained and used to generate the images that go on the site. What the client receives are the images placed on the site — the trained model itself is neither delivered nor exported. Submitting the photos requires a declaration of ownership of those images and confirmation of legal age.

How do my customers reach me through the site?

Included: Contact form delivering to the client's email (form-to-email relay).
The form sends straight to whichever inbox the client names, with no intermediate dashboard and no database of ours holding their contacts. There is no CRM integration: the lead arrives at the email address given in the briefing.
Included: CTAs throughout the journey
Included: Page closing mechanism — contact form
Not included: Social proof: testimonials and badges supplied by the client, applied to the layout. Remote Office does not write testimonials and does not issue certification badges.
The testimonials are the ones the client submits in the briefing, applied to the site layout. We do not write testimonials, do not invent clients and do not issue certification badges of any kind — any badge shown is one the client already holds and can evidence.

Will I know whether the site is working?

Included: Cookieless visit counter in the client's own hosting dashboard, with a 12-month history on the plan commercial use already requires. Custom conversion events not included — see separate feature.
Measurement runs through the hosting provider's own analytics, which identifies visitors by a hash of the request, discards the session after 24 hours and stores no identifier on the device — which is why it needs no consent banner. The dashboard belongs to the client's account: Remote Office does not broker access to it and keeps no copy of the data.
Included: Custom conversion events — form submissions, phone/WhatsApp taps and main CTA clicks — measured without cookies, in the client's own hosting dashboard.
Beyond how many people visit, this records what they do: how many submitted the form, how many tapped to call or message on WhatsApp, how many clicked the main button. Measurement uses the hosting provider's own custom events — no cookies, no third-party tracker — so it requires no consent banner. It needs the paid hosting plan that commercial use already requires.
Not included: Ad pixel (Meta Ads/Google Ads) installed — implementation only. Requires the client's own ad account identifier, supplied in the briefing. Campaign management not included; offered through AI-Powered Digital Media.
The pixel is the code connecting the site to the ad platform, so it can tell which visits came from an ad and what they did next. It is installed with the identifier of the CLIENT'S own account — Remote Office does not create or run ad accounts — and the pixel must be disclosed in the site's privacy policy, which ships done. Installing the pixel does not create, fund or manage any campaign.

How many languages does the site speak?

Included: Copy written from a briefing/interview, or supplied by the client
Included: Number of languages delivered. Content translation included, done by Remote Office. — up to 2 languages
Translating the site's content into the contracted languages is included and done by us, from the copy approved in the briefing — the client does not need to supply content already translated. The privacy policy and terms pages stay in English, regardless of how many languages the site has.

Is it secure and legally in order?

Included: HTTPS/SSL and security headers
Beyond the SSL certificate, the site responds with five security headers: HSTS (forces the encrypted connection), X-Content-Type-Options, X-Frame-Options (stops the site being embedded in another), Referrer-Policy and Permissions-Policy (blocks access to camera, microphone and location). Content Security Policy is not included: it requires per-site tuning and breaks silently when misconfigured.
Included: Legal content: privacy policy and terms of use (in English)
Both pages ship as static HTML, outside the JavaScript bundle, so they keep loading and stay linkable even if the rest of the site fails, and they are marked not to be indexed. They stay in English even on multilingual sites: translating legal text creates the risk of versions disagreeing with each other.
Not included: Cookie consent banner

Can everyone use it?

Included: Baseline best practices: color contrast, keyboard navigation, ARIA attributes
Color contrast sufficient for reading, full keyboard navigation and ARIA attributes on interactive elements. Verified before delivery with Lighthouse's automated accessibility audit plus a manual keyboard-only pass. This is the baseline of good practice — it is not a formal WCAG conformance evaluation.
Not included: Formal accessibility audit (diagnostic report; fixing the items it flags is not included)

Once it's live, what happens?

Included: Componentized, maintainable code
Included: Content embedded in the code, no headless CMS
Content lives in the site's own code, with no CMS. That makes the site faster and removes a layer to maintain or update — in exchange, the client does not edit the text themselves: changes are requested from us. Worth knowing before signing, not after.
Not included: Technical code documentation delivered to the client
Included: Revision rounds included — 2 rounds
Two rounds of adjustment on the approved direction, each with its own turnaround counted from when the client sends their feedback. A round is one set of comments sent at once — not two separate tweaks. Changing direction after the direction was approved is not a revision: it is quoted separately.
Included: Backup and versioning (Git)
All the site's code lives in a Git repository created in the client's own account, with the full history of changes. The link is handed over at project close. If Remote Office leaves the picture, the client still owns the code and the history, with no dependency on us to reach them.
Not included: Ongoing monthly maintenance
Not included: Domain, hosting and professional email contracted directly by the client, in their own accounts. Remote Office recommends providers and configures them, but does not resell or administer them.
The site is hosted in the client's own account, and commercial use requires a paid plan — currently on the order of US$20 a month, plus the yearly cost of the domain. That is their recurring cost, not ours, and it is what guarantees they keep owning everything if the relationship ends. We configure all of it, but the invoice and the ownership are theirs.
Not included: Third-party analytics and marketing tools, including paid media budget
