Cancellation and refunds

As long as you haven't submitted your briefing yet, you can cancel and get a full refund.
Once you submit your briefing, work begins and the fee becomes non-refundable.
If your briefing isn't submitted within 90 days of the payment date, we close the project and refund you in full.
