How to pick and what to send
It takes a few minutes. You record nothing and send no photo or audio.
Pick who will speak for your business
- Pick a character from the catalog, from your trade or the closest one. Each character is unique: once you pick, they become yours alone.
- Ask for the adjustments you want: approximate age, hair, beard, work clothes, tone of voice. You approve the image and the voice before the video is made.
- The character speaks Portuguese, English or Spanish. Choose the language of the speech and of the subtitle.
The script
- Write what the character will say. The text has to fit the package: up to 25 words in 15 seconds, up to 55 in 30 seconds, up to 120 in 60 seconds.
- Use short sentences. Start with what catches your customer's attention and end by saying what they should do: call, message, visit.
- The character presents your company, as a presenter would. They do not speak as if they were your customer.
- We adjust the text to fit the time and sound good, and you approve it before the video is made.
Your business
- Company name, phone number and the setting where the character should appear (the restaurant kitchen, the freshly cared yard, the workshop).
- Optional: your logo and photos of the real place of your business, so the scenery looks alike.
What you approve before the video
- The image of your character in the setting, two or three voice options, and the final script and subtitle text. You can ask for 1 revision. The final video has no revision.
What language is it in?
- Included: One burned-in subtitle track, in the language you choose among the three
- Included: The character speaks English, Portuguese or Spanish
How long does it take?

The clock starts when we confirm we received all of your material, not on the day you buy.
Can I ask for changes?
Up to 1 revision of the approval material, before any video is made. The final video has no revisions. If the video comes out with an error that hurts the commercial, such as a face that doesn't look like yours or text that showed up on its own, we redo it at our cost.
What is not included?
- Not included: 1080p resolution (on request, charged separately)
