Our team creates your animated creative: a carousel that plays on its own, with camera movement, lettering, sound and narration, so your business shows up on social media without anyone having to swipe. You follow it closely: first we show you the script, the main image and the voice options for your approval; then we assemble the complete creative.
What you send us (required)
- Your business name and line of business.
- Your logo, in the sharpest file you have, and your brand colors.
- What you want to say: the offer, the price and the closing line.
- The address (website) that appears at the end of the piece.
- The language of the piece: Portuguese, English or Spanish.
What you may send us (optional)
- 3 to 8 photos of your product, or its artwork file. With that, we show your real product in the piece. Without it, we create a product from your line of business.
- Text and prints on the product may vary slightly in the reproduction, and we tell you before we assemble.
- The addresses of your business's Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. We look at your site and your social media to get to know your business and find images, especially if you send few photos.
Important
- The animated creative is created by us: the people who appear are not you or anyone real, and your face and your voice are not part of this product.
- Length of the spoken text, for reference: 15 s, about 25 words; 30 s, about 55; 60 s, about 120. The final length of the piece is approximate and follows the approved script.
- We do not post to your social media: we deliver the file.

The clock starts when we confirm we received all of your material, not on the day of purchase.
Can I ask for changes?
Up to 1 revision on the material for approval (script, main image and voice), before any animation. The finished creative has no revisions. If it comes out with a technical defect, such as a person who changes from one scene to the next, wrong text or a sound out of sync, we redo it at our own cost.
